Add Design Requirements into the Report

It would be good to dynamically pull through the design reqs into the 'Areas & Notes' report page

Clients often want to see that you are in fact designing to their specified KPI or requirements. Good add. Should be selectable/deselectable as a layer/page choice to include or not include.
