Show length (and width) when drawing walls and attenuating objects
Show the length of a wall when it is being drawn, so you can see the actual length when it is being drawn (with the option to turn this feature on/off as and when required).
This feature would be handy for a large warehouse project where we need to measure (with a laser measurer) and then draw in all of the racks in multiple buildings as the plans provided do not include any of the racking details.

LanceYes, this would be massively helpful! Let's say I want to draw a wall that isn't in a CAD file or JPG. I will measure the wall and have to draw it into the planner. It would be helpful to have the measurement tool as I am drawing.

Alan B MergedWhen I select an attenuating object, I can set the height from floor or ceiling, but as I am drawing attenuating objects on a map/floor plan it would help if I can see the width/length in real time. Useful when provided floor plans are not detailed or out of date or if Im replicating those pesky stadiums again :)

Jamie VangeyselIt's wild that this feature is not in yet..., i'm planning a new warehouse of 26000m2 in size. Without dimensions when drawing objects (shelves) it's almost if not completely impossible to place all warehouse racks in a correct position. I'm not planning on using the scale tool for each rack i need to fit in this will take hours for something seemingly simple.
