Auto-share projects with teammates

  The first thing we're thinking of - to happen pretty soon - is sharing a folder. Then, everything under this folder (subfolders, projects) would be shared with teammates, too... Would this make sense as a starting point, Dan?

  It would be nice if the shared folder could have a shareable link. This would help with project plans, and allow teams to share the project with each other indirectly

  @Jussi, does that mean everyone on the team would have their own shared folder, with the projects they own or are working on? Or, are we talking a true shared folder, where everyone can create new projects?

  Hey @Jussi, sorry! I'm just seeing your comment now. I would rather anything I create be shared with my team. Reason being - I'm creating subfolders all the time for customers with multiple buildings/locations.

  Agree, owner should decide which part will be shareable (master folder with all subfolders or just specific folder) and who is it shared with. Something like MS Teams offers. Then we can have multiple team members with licenses but working on the same projects
