Scoped Zones and Square Footage

Adjust Square Footage Calculation for Out-of-Scope Zones
When an out-of-scope zone is added to an existing in-scope zone, the square footage of the out-of-scope zone should automatically be subtracted from the scoped zone's total square footage.

Dual-Purpose Zones for Coverage and Capacity
Introduce an option for zones to serve dual purposes: they can function as both a coverage zone and a capacity zone. This would eliminate the need to create two separate zones. Out-of-zone areas should automatically be designated as capacity zones with an expected client count of 0.
