Import 3D models
Instead of using 2D floorplans, being able to use a 3D model. Either from BIM software or a Matterport type scan.

Bryan WardRevit Models are what the professional Architects are all using nowadays. I think it can export BIMs.

Dan JonesI'd also love to be able to create floor plans using Apples 'RoomPlan' API - whilst collecting data... also creating/validating the floor plan. The thing I really like about this is the automatic recognition of doors/windows/furniture that would add extra data to the model.

Luc PendicI had Revit or Autocad 3D files for warehouse or LPV.
I think if we could import autocad 2D and 3D plus Revit file types, it would be wonderful! -

Przemek BolekPlease enable import IFC (Industry Foundation Classes). This would make life way easier when working on large projects ... instead of uploading 2D files and creating a 3D model from scratch.

Falk BachmannThis is how an integration from an Example tool could look like: https://amrax.ai/integrations/ranplan-wireless/

Angel VidalIn a factory environment where 3D Revit plans exist, it would be game changing to be able to not only import the file, but to place the AP’s on structures in 3D.

Carl LindahlWould be great if Hamina could support NWD files. Would make it a lot less tedious to work with.

Duncan WoodWe are an MSP using Planner but expanding into Clips to all our engineers - we want those same engineers to use PloyCam on their iPhones to 3d scan a customer enviroment for floor plans and 3D renders. Can we then import those 3d files into Hamina and have a 3D view and augmented reality type walk through of a customer environment with RF coverge and predictive wifi view.
We feel this will take surveys and customer engagment to the next level.
