  Yes, I agree. Ekahau has this feature and it is very useful in quickly determining the distance between APs. You enable the setting and then once you click on an AP it measures and shows the distance to the adjacent APs.

  I would like the ability to see the distance between all APs (to immediately surrounding APs), possibly a calculated average distance, and to be able to click on a single AP and visualise the distance to all of the surrounding APs.

  If I could expand on this. I would like to see the distance between APs, but I would also like a toggle view to see the distance between an AP and an object. In your work order, imagine you want an AP installed 15 feet from wall A and 25 feet from wall B. You give this work order to your installer with instructions to take the measurement afterwards. If there were an unknown obstacle that caused the distance to be 18 feet from wall A, but kept the distance of 25 to wall B, you could have that documented. This would require sharing the plan, or some version of the Hamina plan with the installer so that they can document the results. I like the idea of "locking" the measurement to the wall or object, that way when you move the AP the distance changes and is visible.

  i'd like to expand this thought, to include the diagonal distance between this floor AP's and the above/below floor AP's.
  right now, i do a little manual trig to get the hypotenuse value for each situation. it'd be great to have this auto calculated!
  you'd probably want a little note floating over the calculated value to remind you it was not measuring to the location on this floor.
