Add support for MetaGeek Wi-Spy DBx

Add support for the MetaGeek Wi-Spy DBx in Hamina Onsite, so it can be connected to the Oscium Nomad and used for spectrum analysis, just like the Oscium WiPry Clarity and Wi-Spy Lucid.

I would think the majority of non Wi-Fi interferers are in the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands so the Wi-Spy DBx would still be useful for the foreseeable future.
